They cleaned and made adjustments to make sure its operation was safe and
at the best level it was capable of.
They explained that my old furnace would probably be adequate for a few
more years.

replacement.
They just recently replaced my old furnace with a Goodman furnace.

I’ve done business with them three times so far, and they always immediately

show up on time and are thoroughly professional at all times. When Bart

show me the damage and explain its dangers then explain my options for new
equipment and the advantages of each component. He was at all times
friendly and patient, and did not try to sell me a furnace too large for my
needs. Quite the contrary: when he discovered my home was large enough

insufficient on particularly cold days, he installed the next larger furnace at

furnace and thermostat. The High Efficiency furnace is everything they said
it would be: quiet and efficient - I saw a 30% reduction in my heating bill
after one month. In addition to the furnace, I had them add the humidifier
unit. It has been great in the dry air of Colorado and has even tightened the
gaps in my hardwood floors. Bart is an honest, polite, and thoughtful

Technician performed diagnostics on Furnace and quoted me a price to
repair. I waited all day because of the technician's workload and he arrived at
about 5p.m. I mentioned I thought repair cost was somewhat high, but I
needed the furnace repaired, he replied & quot;call the other company that
recommended us".and he left. I called his office and spoke to one of
the owners and told them about the poor customer service. No I won't
recommdne this company to anyone needing serve on HVAC. I also don't feel
this will make any difference becaue only the one who will read this is the
company associates. I doubt this will posted since its not a letter of
recommendation or positive testimonial.
